Through passion for the media and experience of the industry Marta became an expert in the Digital & Media sector. Marta has 25 years of experience as a head-hunter, gained at international and local Executive Search firms. For the last 20 years, she has been a trusted advisor to companies operating in media and new technologies sector. In 2012 she founded and successfully grown MEDIASEARCH that has conducted over 400 recruitments for managerial and Board positions. Her practical knowledge of current market trends comes from everyday contact with professionals developing new media as well as leading recruitment projects responding to new market demands.

Her major strength is her expert knowledge of the Digital & Media sector, that combined with her tact, intuition and extensive network of business contacts grown over the years, helps her to quickly and successfully complete projects.

Marta has completed numerous courses and trainings in personality assessment tools, sales and customer relationship building, competency assessment and development. She is also fluent in English.

After hours: she constantly looking for new ways to expand her horizons & taking care of her personal development, practicing sports and yoga.

Katarzyna Stupak-Lipińska

Consultant

She has been working professionally since 2007. In 2017, she joined the MEDIASEARCH team, where she has been responsible for support of recruitment projects from the beginning. Her key responsibilities include market analysis in the context of ongoing projects, active search and acquisition of candidates using the direct search method for managerial and directorial positions in the Digital & Media industry. Kasia selects candidates, conducts telephone interviews and recruitment meetings, while ensuring the highest standards of service. 

She graduated in Media Speech Therapy from the University of Communication and Social Media in Warsaw, and also studied Speech Therapy and Communication Pragmatics as well as Pedagogy at the Academy of Special Pedagogy in Warsaw. 

She constantly expands her knowledge of the media market, human resources management and optimization of recruitment processes. During her daily work, she values ​​accuracy and effectiveness. 

After hours: when she puts recruitment strategies away, she loves traveling to various corners of the world, getting to know new, interesting cultures and nature.

Joanna Wiechowska

Project Assistant | Research Consultant

She started working with MEDIASEARCH in 2018, combining it with her work as a Sales Support Specialist in an e-commerce company. Responsible for candidate market analysis in ongoing projects and ‘candidate experience’. At work, she mainly uses the direct search method, which includes active search and recruitment of people for senior management roles in the Digital & Media industry. Her responsibilities also include the initial selection of candidates, organization and coordination of projects, management of the meeting calendar, care for the aesthetics and circulation of documents, and administrative issues.

She also created the company’s Instagram: MEDIASEARCHYOUNG. Joanna graduated Business Management and postgraduate studies in Modern Marketing Communication field. Speaks English well.

She passionately follows the changing trends in media consumption among the young generation. Constantly develops her media knowledge.

After hours: she is committed to graphic design, traveling, yoga and interior design, combining her passions with the constant need for aesthetic improvement and acquiring a new perspective.
