Our team consists of three key experienced consultants, two consultants working on a project basis, a psychologist/business coach and an administrative team.
Founder and consultant. Through passion for the media and experience of the industry Marta became an expert in the Digital & Media sector. Marta has 18 years of experience as a head-hunter, gained at international and local Executive Search firms. For the last 12 years, she has been a trusted advisor to companies operating in media and new technologies sector.
In 2012 she founded and successfully grown MEDIA SEARCH that has conducted over 250 recruitments for managerial and Board positions. Her practical knowledge of current market trends comes from everyday contact with professionals developing new media as well as leading recruitment projects responding to new market demands.
Her major strength is her expert knowledge of the Digital & Media sector, that combined with her tact, intuition and extensive network of business contacts grown over the years, helps her to quickly and successfully complete projects.
Marta has completed numerous courses and trainings in personality assessment tools, sales and customer relationship building, competency assessment and development. She is also fluent in English.
Ewa has got over 10 years of experience working for Polish and international human resources consulting agencies.
She has completed several dozen recruitment processes for middle and higher management positions in Sales, Marketing and Finances in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. Ewa has also often developed assessment session scenarios created for recruitment and training needs. She is a graduate of the Psychology Faculty at Łódź University with a Master’s in Human Resources Consulting. She has completed numerous training courses devoted to recruitment methods and assessments.
Ewa has been with MEDIA SEARCH for the last two years, mastering her knowledge of the Digital & Media sector. She successfully leads projects for managerial and specialist positions.
She appreciates contact with people working in media because of their openness and perhaps lesser spotted in other sectors ease of developing interpersonal relations.
Ewa is a fan of supporting recruitment processes with psychological assessments.
Marta has been working in executive search for 17 years, having started with a pioneer Take It in 1998 in Warsaw and after a few years moved to London to join Central Search, a boutique search firm placing senior and board level executives across Central and Eastern European markets, primarily in financial services sector. That is where she learnt the knowledge and the art of professional headhunting. During her professional career she worked with and conducted search projects also in industrial, telco, distribution, FMCG, media and IT sector. Apart from recruiting locally in the British Isles, she helped to initiate some international career moves for managers from Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Middle East and Africa.
She has recently got back to Poland working with international investors coming to the market with new ventures in the Digital sector, also cooperating with MEDIASEARCH.
Graduate of Psychology at the Warsaw University. She is interested in new developments in human resources management especially increasing use of analytics and data in recruitment and talent management. Thus she completed People Analytics course with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Marta believes in old school approach to headhunting based on knowledge and extensive market research, combined with new technology and aided by intuition, interpersonal skills, persistence and first of all effectiveness in action.
